Halla World
Background
I was born in the Southern part of Tanzania in the Ruvuma region,I grew up in the Dar es salaam city where I learned how to draw and paint in various techniques through other Artists.
I started drawing since I was a kid, but when I grew up I started to show where I'm going.
First, I would like to thanks my parents especially my mama Mrs. Halla for the love and support,Secondly to Mr. Ali Masoud Kipanya who was behind me all the time to show me the right way to pass in Cartoon world.He taught me how to stand for the things I wanted to achieve.
Lastly for those who enable me to get where I'm today,thank you very much.
My first Cartoon published in 1995 on the Newspaper named Bara Africa,from there I was able to submit my cartoons in the following newspapers, Dar Leo, Sunday Obsevers, Majira, The Bridge, Safari, Business Times, Sanifu and The Family Mirror.
For the time being my cartoons appear in,Dira, Majira and Business Times.

Education
BA in Fine and Performing Arts (University of Dar es Salaam), Advanced Level Certificate in History, Geography and English Language(HGL). I have attended the Illustration courses for Children's Books, Painting workshops and the Etching Workshop.
Interests
Histories of WWI and WWII, African History,Critical books,Comic books, watching movies,learning about new things, and making new friends.
